The different flows offered can expand businesses with minimum efforts. The training offered is very valuable. I'm learning and expanding all the time.

Although Klaviyo has some nice features, there are better and more affordable options out there. I had yet even been able to use it before I got an email stating that I already used up my free plan and needed to update my pricing. When I checked what I would have to upgrade to, it showed almost $900. Klaviyo bases its billing on ALL contacts rather than actual subscribers. This is important as you cannot market email those who haven't subscribed, so this system of billing is extremely misleading. I quickly uninstalled. I have a very small business based out of my shed. This isn't a realistic for most stores on shopify.

There billing is deplorable. You can't make changes to your account without being double billed. They don't do proration and then if you wait to change your plan at the end of your billing so you don't get double charged they will still charge you for the highest plan and tell you that they can't help you and you aren't owed a refund of the difference. I call that theft. I downgraded to a $100 plan and entered my info to pay for that plan. Instead of it charging me for the new $100 plan I was charged $205. I reached out immediately to get the difference refunded. I was told that I paid the bill before I made the change which was 100% false because I updated the payment information after I made the plan change.

Love the ease and compatibility of Klayvio with my Shopify store. I've been able to run my email marketing as a solopreneur and understand the analytics. If I could change one thing it would be an easier way to sort through uploaded photos, and how do we delete old photos we no longer want in the library? Otherwise, loving what it's doing for my business.

Easy migration with a lot of support. We can do so much more with our integration in shopify than what we could do with Constant contact or mailchimp.

Long-time user of Klaviyo. It's simply the best email marketing tool out there for Shopify stores. Once you've learned the ins and outs, it's as powerful as everyone says it is.

My email photos are broken, and the emails look like a joke on the free plan. You get what you pay for. When I tried to upgrade, the least expensive plan I can purchase is $350 a month!!! What a joke. First of all, my niche does not do well with email marketing; I need minimal emails, but I need to them to be professional. Klaviyo emails ruin my credibility. Can't get any customer service because I refuse to pay $350!

Klaviyo is not providing good support in V1/V2 API migrations. This update is creating problem for us.

I've been using Klaviyo for many years after switching from MailChimp which we quickly grew out of. The tool is very advanced and there isn't much you can't do. Some features can be a bit confusing but overall, the features are amazing and with a bit of help from support, I am am confident anything can be done with this email app.

Customer service in Klaviyo has been fantastic. I worked with Amanda and Janelle for issues with my websites and they have been very patient, thorough and made instructions very easy to follow. Would definitely recommend this App to any other businesses.

Klaviyo just makes things so simple. For email campaigns and sign up forms, this is a very good app. User interface is very simple and feature rich. Loving it so far !!
