This app has been amazing - the way everything is so customisable and you can do so much with your existing subscribers list is so helpful. The online support is amazing and so fast with getting on the online chat to assist. The forums are also helpful along with the step by step guides. Cannot recommend this app more!

Highly Recommend. I have seen other email marketing apps in use and have personal experience with them, and Klaviyo is definitely the best by far. Aweber, Mailchimp, and Constant Contact do not have all the great features and ease of use like Klaviyo does.

This is the best email marketing system hands down. The great integration with Shopify is the icing on the cake. Not only is the tech superior but their support team is SIMPLY THE BEST! I can always reach them, ask questions and get resources. Email marketing is a beast but Klavyio makes it easy to get started and all the support you need to realized success.

Klaviyo is an absolute essential marketing tool if your business even has a modicum of complexity to the types of communications you send out. The flows are infinitely custom + the analytics are top-notch. They are without peers in the industry.

Great online support! Friendly, helpful, always have solutions and screen grab images/pictures to help you through the problem solving or solution. I love this app. It is probably one of my most used app that I pay for. It seamlessly integrates with shopify. I have seen my business grow with consistent campaign emails. Probably the best digital marketing tool out there. A little expensive for a small business, but when you learn how to use everything it has to offer, its totally worth it!

Email marketing is a must in any business!! Despite the "email is dead" moniker. Klaviyo's capabilities and functionality is top notch. They also have 5-star support, which I love. First, I always leave the support conversations with solutions. They go above and beyond with screenshots and/or recordings to ensure I understand what I'm asking about. They're super pleasant and effective. Couldn't recommend enough.

I was urged by one of their Affiliates to add this to my Shopify. I Added it created my flows then they disabled my account. I do not owe money that I can see as there isn't anything showing it. I have not even used them to send an email....Do not support Fiverr people adding this app.
