Pricing is really predatory, it increases waaay above what they initially show and they automatically charge you more. When installed, it created a bunch of fake accounts which were just Google Bot "subscribers" with fake emails and now charges me at a much higher price tier just because it considers those somehow to be real people and counts them toward my total. Pretty ridiculous. They don't prorate nor will they allow any free trial or test of their email system. Templates for emails weren't very good and were difficult to use.

I would give a 0 if possible. DO NOT SWITCH to klaviyo. We have been in business for 9 years and when we switched to K, our 60% open rate dropped to 20% and all of our emails land in SPAM. All they could say was it was losing consumer confidence and we have to do their "reputation repair" Klaviyo totally screwed us on all big sales. Any one have any idea who else would be a better alternative? Need to get out of klaviyo ASAP

Klaviyo has made sending promotional emails a breeze. Love how easy it is to add new emails through Shopify POS and through our website. Copying campaigns and blocks super easy too, saving time and optimizing our reach. Highly recommend!

Sämta appen jag har varit med om, har gett dom två chanser för jag ville verkligen få detta att fungera men det går bara inte. ingen support, ingen live chat, inget telefonnummer. Du vet inte hur mycket du ska betala tills du får en faktura på tusentals kronor. Hela systemet är gammalt och svårt och avancerat att använda. Jag recommender inte denna överdrivet dyra app med ingen support bakom tyvärr.

I’m new to Klaviyo, so I can’t say much about the system yet. What I can say is that I just had a 10/10 experience with their live chat support, thanks to Monika J. I had issues with our Shopify sync and email list, and Monika was incredibly patient and thorough. She not only resolved my issues but also provided additional recommendations, articles, and links to help me improve the integration between Shopify and Klaviyo. We don't use SMS so based on my experience with Klaviyo as an EMS it is the best one out there in terms of functionality and accessibility. If you can't do what you want with Klaviyo then you can always use Integrations to add to the functionality. And if you need more functionality than that then you need to write custom software for your bespoke needs.
