Completely unreliable software. Sometimes a campaign sends, sometimes it doesn't. Often have to keep repeating setup until it decides to send.

I think it's very shady that Klaviyo instantly charges more for additional email recipients beyond your plan level, but that when you clean your list, the plan cost stays at the higher level - unless you dig into the settings and change it back down. A message should come up when 'Active' users drops below your biling level to ask if you want to lower your plan level. It's clearly to maximise revenue - but in an underhand way.

in sort of a nightmare situation now with adding our domain email and changing DNS records. all of our emails are landing in spam. Klaviyo said it was because we lost the confidence of the consumer... not true. this all happened in a week as we were trying to change our email. support is zero help. we said we would need to switch email companies as being without our email marketing for weeks would seriously impair our business, they simply say... sorry to lose you. we literally spent 1-2K a month...switching to omnisend or finding another partner

Cannot be more unsatisfied with the app I've been using for all my stores. They have been charging me amounts that has not been used, and once I decide to downgrade the plan for one store that has not been receiving traffic for 2 months, they remove all the premium features which I just paid few hours ago. Also they don't have any type of customer support (I should have as I paid for the whole month already, but as I decide to downgrade to free plan for the next month, they deactivated every premium feature). I don't understand how a company of this size can do this behaviors

Hands down the best email marketing tool out there. If you aren’t using Klaviyo you’re most likely missing out on great revenue opportunities. Even if you’re using their competition. I know because I’ve tried them all. I first signed up for Klaviyo when it was a tiny startup and liked what I saw, but switched to a competitor when it couldn’t integrate with my eCommerce platform at that time. However, after a couple of years and a lot of frustration I came back to Klaviyo and I’ve seen companies thrive as a result. You have to put the time in, but it’s worth the rewards. 10% of our revenue is regularly attributed to Klaviyo. Their learning tools are great. Take the time to join them on their webinars. Great company run by a great CEO.

The platform is amazing -best out there .really happy with how it performs and ease of use . Love the courses . 5 stars BUT the support is lacking .very very slow, limited weekend response , no phone number. Urgent issues when you can’t get into your account -took days to get a response ...very stressful when your business is running through it to not be able to ring , or have any online chat . Fix this and you’ll get 5 stars ⭐️

Love how deep the integration of Klaviyo with Shopify goes. It makes triggering emails based on customers' shopping behavior more robust and personalized. I rely on Klaviyo heavily to understand our customers as a lot of Shopify data is fed into Klaviyo and it is really easy to use Klaviyo to get analytics. It also helps that Klaviyo has similar deep integration with many other platforms.

The interface and features are really impressive, so too the pricing promoted with the app-store. Once you are using it and your member numbers get over a few thousand, the costs skyrocket. Then if you uninstall it, beware. The pop-up windows for my newsletter sign-up remain. Shopify could not assist and referred me to Klayvio. This problem is still yet to be resolved and creating a horrible user experience. I think if someone uninstalls it should be a clear and clean removal and not this level of entanglement and impact on users. I regret signing up in the first place.

If you ever get hacked, do not expect the customer support to help you. I have been using Klaviyo since 2021. Recently my account was hacked and after numerous emails to customer support, I have not received any help, other than them telling me that my account is not associated with the email I'm trying to use for my login. DUH ! That's the whole problem. It was changed. I will now have to uninstall this app, lose thousands of my customers emails, which I built up for the last eight years, as well as tell my bank to block these people from taking money out of my account. Thanks a lot.

If I could rate them a 0 I would. The process began great, i followed the steps to set up Klaviyo, and in the process accidentally selected to add the shipping banner at the top of my website. Once I was in the app I tried to remove the banner with no luck. I looked through all the settings, but as a first timer who's never used this app I had no idea what I was doing. I tried to contact customer service with no luck. There is no live chat with help and NO ONE answers the phone. I combed through the website and found nothing about sales banners or how to remove the one added. So I unintegrated the store, and it removed everything EXCEPT the shipping banner. The app is unintegrated and uninstalled and I am STUCK with a shipping banner for free shipping that I NEVER wanted in the first place. Called customer service 8 times and no one answered, the call hung up on me every time. I now have to go hire a coder to remove the banner. I am super unhappy. I run a business, and my client now has a delay on their website. Absolutely Unacceptable.
