Incredible support. I made a stupid error with the flow. Klavyio help was available to me instantly on a Saturday, even though my plan says weekday help. The assistant was human and very responsive. Stayed with me. I accidently shut the chat down at one point but she was still with me when I opened it up again. Support is so vital for an ecommerce business and Klavyio is absolutely the best I've had.

I just wanted to shout out Hana for her incredible support! :) I’m totally new to Klaviyo, and setting up a flow seemed a bit daunting. But Hana really went above and beyond to make sure I’d get it right. She actually made a video to walk me through the setup step-by-step, and her explanations were super clear. She even added screenshots and more guidance in the chat, which made everything so easy to follow—especially for someone like me who’s just starting out. I subscribed paid plan on last Sunday for $100. I requested for a refund as I realized their UI isn't intuitive and they charge way more than other companies and I have not used for a single day. They just send me an email with their policy saying that they will NOT refund the money even after I explained to their support and the time of contact was within 5 mins of subscription. So tell me anyone who do not agree that this is their tactics that they want to suck all the money they can from new eCommerce store owners like me. Their support is poor and their product isn't as high performing like other people saids, and that's why they have no refund policy. If you are new to eCom business owners, I strongly advise you to stay away from Klaviyo, who does not give a dame about their customers or potential customers. They don't give money back for any reason, even if you have rigimate reason and contact you right away. Please don't get the idea of where people use for half of month and asking for a refund. I requested a refund 5 minutes after I realized their plan wouldn't work for my business. Be aware of this company who will suck your money out of you every chance they get. I would highly recommend Omnisend over Klaviyo and I would stop people from using Klaviyo. Amazed by their lack of professionalism and their policy who doesn't give a damn about people. 0 Star for this institute.

I have never written a 1 star review in my life! But this is beyond ridiculous. Before you consider getting this app, please think twice! We have a 21K email list, but Klaviyo decided for us to send only to 7K recipients. They force you to use Reputation Repair! The rep in the chat sent a screenshot saying that if you don't want to use reputation repair, uncheck the box. In reality, there is no such box to check or uncheck! Wish I could add screenshots to this review! And the fun part is - they will charge me for the 21K list, not just the 7K they limited me to.

I want to cancel the $15 SMS package but when I do it myself the system cancels everything including my emails even though it is the SMS that I want to cancel. Weronika says that they cannot cancel this service on their side that I no longer want. IT LOOKS LIKE A HOSTAGE TAKING
