GemPages is easy to use and lets you customize your store, but the product images are extremely laggy and don’t swipe smoothly. Pages also take a long time to load, which makes browsing frustrating. The builder is flexible, but performance needs a lot of improvement

Such an amazing page builder, very easy to work with and you can build really professional looking pages, without any code. And their customer support is really what makes this app a 10/10. They are online pretty much 24/7 and are always able to fix any issues you have.

Puede parecer un poco complicada de utilizar al principio, pero una vez le coges el truco es muy intuitiva y se pueden hacer página de producto muy bueno, personalmente a nivel de atención al cliente ha sido un 10 contestan muy rápido y siempre con una respuesta detallada a tu duda o problema. Sin duda recomiendo usar gempage si vas a facturar o quieres facturar

Great page builder with good templates that are super fast to setup. Customer support is really great through live chat as well. Spoke to Jephthah when I had an issue publishing a page and it was fixed in no time.

GemPages is one of the most flexible page builders I’ve used on Shopify. The drag-and-drop editor makes it easy to create professional-looking pages without coding, and the library of templates saves a lot of time. I really like the integrations with apps, the responsive design options, and how smoothly it connects with Shopify’s product system. It’s packed with features but still user-friendly, a great tool for anyone who wants full creative control over their store.

I deleted and my homepage and product page still is gempage page. FIX THIS ASAP! i'll delete this review afterwards.

The customer service team from GemPages is phenomenal. They are very responsive and provide great results and solutions. Their page builder tool is feature-rich and provides everything I need to create and design great looking and functional website pages. I highly recommend their page designer tool and their customer support is superior to others I've experienced.

Very good experience of using it, this plugin not only makes my web design very convenient, but also has some technical glitches that the team can quickly contact and help me solve problems online.

I'd give this app 5 stars but the daytime customer service staff are much less knowledgeable and efficient... The staff that work overnight are very helpful.
