Was having massive issues with my meta pixel and could not figure out a fix, contacted support and got Sarah who was extremely helpful and reassured me that they will get it fixed, got me setup with proper dev support the next day in a specific time slot which i really appreciated, then Ethan contacted me today had the support team in and got it sorted in less than 15 mins, i am baffled by how well the gem pages support conducts themselves and get stuff sorted asap, all of this on only a free plan too, 10/10 service and execution and special thanks to Sarah and Ethan

Best for creating custom landing pages on Shopify. Easy to use and gives a lot of flexibility in design. The support team is extremely helpful and replies very fast whenever there is an issue. I’ve been using GemPages for a while now and it honestly made page building much easier for my Shopify store. The drag-and-drop editor is simple to understand, even if you’re not a developer. I was able to design product and landing pages exactly the way I wanted without touching code. The pages look clean, professional, and work well on mobile too. Templates are good, and customization options are more than enough for most stores. It also doesn’t slow down the site, which was a big concern for me. Support team responds quickly and actually helps when you’re stuck. Overall, it’s a solid app and definitely worth using if you want better-looking pages without depending on a developer.

Brilliant customer service! This app has been a game changer for my store. I've used it to create interesting blogpost designs. The ai element was super handy. It also shows you how to improve SEO. I have also used the theme section to help improve the design of my landing pages. There were some custom features I wanted such as a 'quick add' button which harry was able to help me with super quickly. Highly recommend!!!!!
