I had issues getting the free gift offer to work on my store, even though I followed all the prompts. However, I was able to chat live with support, even on a weekend at night, and Liam was super helpful. He stuck with the issue and was able to get my offer up and running before my deadline! While I wish the app fired correctly from the first go, it made all the difference to have easy access to such helpful support.

BOGOS is an excellent app. It is very powerful. We implemented within a limited timeframe before Black Friday. It behaved exactly as we had expected and was simple to implement... even the progress bar for the add to cart and checkout pages.
