Was having an issue setting up a buy 3 get 1 free code and Naomi was very helpful in discovering the issue and helping my site run better. As far as the app goes, there is a lot of functionality we are not taking advantage of, so its a bit pricey for what we are needing. But the support is definitely there for the price.

Works great! We did 3 tiered gifts for Black Friday and they were all a hit. It was all pretty easy to setup and customize. the progress bar is great for customers to easily view how much more they need to spend to get the next higher gift. Liam helped us through the setup and any questions or concerns we had and it all went very smoothly.

Mina was amazing! I had an issue with the BOGO widget not playing nicely with the accordion section in the Horizon theme on mobile. Mina replied super fast and fixed everything in no time. The app works perfectly now. Great support and great experience!
