The app is decent, support is fast, but communication with support was terrible. After telling them multiple times that we don not allow edits on our live theme, they published the app on our live theme with an unoptimized offer during night, which resulted in a steep decline in our revenue. They keep telling us that they did it becuase we did not reply to their message, which was also during night. I don’t think it is fair to edit our live theme while we stated multiple times that we do not allow it.
