As far as the app goes, there is a lot of functionality we are not taking advantage of, so its a bit pricey for what we are needing. But the support is definitely there for the price.

Works great! We did 3 tiered gifts for Black Friday and they were all a hit. It was all pretty easy to setup and customize. the progress bar is great for customers to easily view how much more they need to spend to get the next higher gift. Liam helped us through the setup and any questions or concerns we had and it all went very smoothly.

Amy has been superb in helping me installing and personalising my bundles! Still early days, but the app is really easy to use and their developers will help you with personalisation or any issue you might have.
