10/10. I had a minor server error that made me unable to do changes on the discounts myself. But the customer support was very helpful and assisted me with everything.

The app works really well and does exactly what it’s supposed to. Easy to use and stable even during bigger campaigns. The support team responds quickly and is incredibly helpful – they solve everything in no time. Highly recommend!

Worst app I’ve every tried. No customer support (AI does not even answer, and then ends chat before any answer), but it does have this annoying and deceitful chat icon that makes it seems like I have a message, but instead opens browser window to the useless chatbot. The app does none of what I need; show before/after prices, free shipping bar. and after creating a dysfunctional upsell popup it’s impossible to delete it and start fresh.

I contacted support about an issue with our checkout button and they resolved the issue very quickly.

Great tech support! I had problems adding a tiered discount based on a dynamic collection, contacted their tech support and they quickly resolved my problem (I configured my dynamic collection incorrectly). The app is powerful as it gives me many options to match the discounts to our business model.

I have had some issues with being charged after I cancelled the app - like a month after - which was not great. But once I reached out to the support through here (through the chat I wasn't able to solve it) I am happy to report I was refunded quickly. It is an app that I have used and it has worked well in some scenarios but not as well in others, but all in all it's a good service and does a lot.

I keep trying to erase this app AND THEY KEEP CHARGING ME FOR IT. The first time I realised it hadn't been erased and asked if they could please check with me that I did erase it this time, and if it was possible for me to get the money back since I cancelled it the same day it renewed by mistake. They said it was erased, and that they would let me know. Now NOT ONLY did they not reach out but also it was not true that it was erased and I KEEP BEING CHARGED. I need someone to reach out to me and to reimbourse me for the past two months now. This is unacceptable.
