After a long search I finally found this app, works exactly as i intended. Susan was very helpful in setting up my campaign.

Firstly, I've quite literally tried every gift app on the platform, and this is the only one that gets the job done right, and secondly - the support from Susan and the team was so far above any beyond anything else I've experienced with Shopify Apps :)
