This app has been useful for our tiered Black Friday promotion as well as for several free gift promotions. The technical support has also been helpful and effective when needed.

Fantastic app so far! I recommend everyone at-least trying the free trial. In addition, the support was instant even on Black Friday and they helped us with our lack of knowledge as we were doing it incorrectly. They fixed it near immediately.

App has been excellent - had some small issues when setting a promo live but the team were quick to resolve.

Service is really quick, and they cover a large part of the day, from India. However, I find the app is limited for my specific needs and I would have liked to be able to exclude products and collections from discounts, and I seem to be able to do it only for the shipping discount. Probably I could do it with the extended Custom tier but once this is added, it becomes a fairly expensive app for such a small business as ours. I don't know if I will keep it yet. It's proven very effective for our Black Friday sale and for the first time, we have not experienced angry people unable to redeem the discount. Yet. It's a good app, maybe not the perfect one for us.
