We have a lot of custom work on our site, and have been trying to find a reliable and easy way to offer a free gift with X. Before finding BOGOS it had been a nightmare. This makes it so easy and quick to test and work different offers with just the push of a few buttons, and does so in a beautiful seamless way. Amazing find and great responsive support. Must have app.

This app has single handedly doubled my CVR rate! It also required crafting a good offer by offering complimentary free gifts that really make sense with your store as well of course. One day the app started to randomly glitch - but it turned out it was because of another app! The Support Team (Austin) Helped Me Out ASAP! It was a critical situation, ad-spend was high but their team fixed the issue within 20 mins or so!

the app is pretty flexible. looks like they covered a lot of their bases to make it work for many businesses. i wanted to limit a gift to us customers only. The only draw back is that the gift was set to auto add to cart at $200. However, once they got into the checkout page and used a discount code, their total would dip under $200 but the app couldn't adjust the cart while in the checkout page. I think they said i need to pay for an even higher plan, but i don't remember for sure. In any case, they're still my go to for gift apps. All of the support team have been helpful, especially Anne. And I've had TONS of questions.

Was having an issue setting up a buy 3 get 1 free code and Naomi was very helpful in discovering the issue and helping my site run better. As far as the app goes, there is a lot of functionality we are not taking advantage of, so its a bit pricey for what we are needing. But the support is definitely there for the price.
