This app is stellar. There's an amazing amount of features, and a bit of a learning curve, but that's where their EXCELLENT customer support comes in. I got fast and helpful guidance from Naomi to make sure our tiered promotion displayed properly on our website.

This app is one of the most capable, most intuitive apps out there. I needed help on a few things, DAVID helped me right away and responded insanely fast after every messaged. Excellent support from Mina. The app is overall good; however, there are a few functionalities where the workflow didn’t quite align with my expectations. I’ve shared my concerns and requested that they be reviewed and considered for future improvements.

The app fulfills its purpose well, as it effectively encourages customers to reach a specific spending threshold in order to receive a free gift. A key factor is setting the threshold at a reasonable level from the start - lower thresholds tend to work better, and in practice the final cart value still ends up being higher. For this reason, I strongly recommend experimenting with different price thresholds. The app itself offers a wide range of features and flexibility, and overall I highly recommend it.
