I was having issues with being able to see the discount, and then the discount showing on the site, which I did not want. There were a few thingsi had not selected and cleared, and after their advice andexplanationss it was all set up and running. The response time was brilliant, especially when i was on a deadline.

The app is fairly intuitive to use and overall is of great help to optimise and create new offers. We had a problem with products appearing in the cart but that was really quickly fixed by Naomi who was extremely helpful and professional.

Really appreciate the customer support, Austin was very helpful in troubleshooting my issues with the free gift function.
