Really impressed with how personalized and detailed you can make these forms!! A few things became a little messy aesthetically and I was unable to come to a conclusion to fix these myself so I reached out to the team for assistance. It was all sorted within 2 days, i just had to be super specific about exactly the changes I wanted to have made and this was a little tedious but at the end of the day- I am now loving the results. Hope to see the forms function well after having them go live today. Either way i know i will be able to reach out to the team for personalized help pretty quickly.

I just started using this App and I needed some help to do form styling so it matches my website theme. To my pleasant surprise, the customer support team is very helpful even though I'm on a free plan! Travis and Emma responded very fast and followed up to ensure what I needed was resolved. Greatly appreciated. This gives me confidence to do a paid subscription since I definitely need more than one form. So far it seems easy to build the form fields that I need, even without technical knowledge.

My use of this app is limited so far but I was impressed with how quickly and easily I was able to contact their support team and have them the resolve the issue I was having with my form. Both Emma and Lily were excellent to deal with and made what I had expected might be a headache and lots of back forth a painless experience.
