I just started using it, and it looks nice. Lots of custom options. I had an issue, and support got back to me in less than a day. It integrates nicely with Shopify.

I had quiteeee a few questions, and Emma was SO patient with me and talked me through all of my options [which is nice b/c it's 12:30AM in NYC, so I was happy that we got so much done and that I didn't have to wait until the next day for answers]. She was impressively quick to provide screenshots of the steps I needed to take, she offered me options, and explained things clearly and succinctly. She is also just really nice and personable and made my stressed out situation more enjoyable. Thanks for the gifs and all of the help! App is handful and very direct. Very supportive team and they are helpful. The development team is very responsive and did the best on my requests. However, the live chat is not quite working sometime, urgent problems might still need time to resolve.

As a premium customer for the past four years, I believe I am well acquainted with the quality of service offered by "Powerful Contact Form Builder." However, recent events have left me utterly disillusioned. Despite our long-standing commitment to this platform, the support team's incompetence knows no bounds. It's clear they have no clue how to address even the most basic of issues. For the past several days, our customers have been unable to upload images through the form, disrupting our workflow and causing significant inconvenience. This is completely unacceptable. Given our extensive history with this service, we know exactly what we're dealing with. It's disheartening to see a once-reliable platform deteriorate to such an extent. In conclusion, as a long-term premium customer, I expected far better from "Powerful Contact Form Builder." This experience has been nothing short of disappointing, and I urge others to reconsider before investing their time and money in this service.

Nice solution epecially you can't put contact form on home pages on Shopify so it's good solution :) Recommended.

This is the only app I could find that allows customers to upload multiple images via a landing page. All other apps with image upload functions only allowed upload at checkout. It's very easy to build a good-looking form too, and support replies very fast.
