I had an issue integrating my store with Alibaba and spoke to Zico on Messenger. They were so prompt and quick and although the problem hasn't been resolved, they'll be releasing an update with the solution/patch and they'll follow up to help me get it resolved. Fantastic customer service and help. I'd highly recommend and am looking forward to working more closely with DSers.

I did not knowingly authorize or approve this payment. The amount was withdrawn from my personal account without my explicit consent or a clear confirmation. I was not aware that a paid subscription would be activated, and I had no intention to continue using the service under a paid plan.
