DSers refused to honor its own published refund policy for unused annual subscriptions. I had 8–9 months unused, placed no orders through DSers, and requested a partial refund. Support denied it based on undocumented “system / fiscal year” rules that do not exist in their Terms of Service or refund policy, then closed the ticket without a refund.

DSers has great customer service. There is no wait time, the assistants are very fast and efficient.

I was having such a hard time figuring out product pricing, shipping, and seamlessly syncing everything to my shop. Dropshipping isn't the easiest thing to learn on your own, and I honestly almost disconnected from DSers (I am stubborn and hate asking for help). After putting my ego aside I decided to just ask what I was confused about. I highly recommend skipping the part of trying to figure it out by trial and error-- Rita was incredibly helpful when navigating all of the options for my shop!
