App support doesn’t understand even the simplest issues. They are not aware of the app features. They don’t know English, and when we want to translate, they give false information like “English is our native language.” Even the smallest matter takes hours. Instead of fixing bugs, they brush it off by saying, “we tested it, it works.” I spoke with Leona, but all the support agents are like this.

Support is a Joke! This app is fine if you're an expert and don't need any support (apart from occasional manual syncs). However, if you need help, you're out of luck. The support team is unprofessional, only provides links to the help center, and can't solve real problems. The constant requests for reviews are very annoying.

Your shipping prices are just horrible why ? Long delivery time ? Why ? You discourage us .

I am sorry but, this just like any other subscription you will do in your life. Joining, no problem, cancelling subscription, a absolute nightmare. Sandy (if her real name) is such a "sweetheart" and extremely "helpful". BIG RED FLAGS, yes, a lot of review, but most probably bought reviews from persons who have never used this app. This experience is horrible and as I am typing this review, I am still struggling to cancel my unwanted subscription.

THey always blame another circumstance instead of fixing the bugs they have TEMU DOES NOT WORK, the TEMU extension does not work at all, and got all my 3 TEMU accounts banned.

I did not knowingly authorize or approve this payment. The amount was withdrawn from my personal account without my explicit consent or a clear confirmation. I was not aware that a paid subscription would be activated, and I had no intention to continue using the service under a paid plan. Will continue to charge you after you have deleted the app and when you contact them they give you the run around. I have been charged $99.99 3 unauthorized times.

DSers marks all the products in your store as out of stock without permission. A dangerously intrusive app that will lose you sales. Do NOT install if you value the integrity of your store. Note (in response to DSers reply below), that this issue is happening despite my supplier having plenty of stock and despite turning the function off in my settings.

Terrible. Takes over everything, tries to import your products to its site. After uninstalling all my product now show as "Sold Out." Even Shopify don't know how to fix the problem.

I've been using Dsers for many years, but recently I've been having problems every day when placing orders... Now I literally can't process ANY order, with the following error message: "AliExpress found a CPF issue. Contact your buyer to check CPF accuracy " All orders with the same message, all of them! There's nothing wrong with the customers' CPF, it's a bug in the platform that no one solves... If anyone can help me I'd be grateful, as I have hundreds of orders to send!

I signed us with the basic plan (12/2024) which is "forever free" and cancelled the plan shortly after AND UNINSTALL the app as i didn't think this company would be the right fit for the business i'm trying to get into. Today 17/01/2025, my bank account was charged $49.90 for a pro plan that i did not subscribe to. This is absolutely ridiculous. Please refund my money to my bank account. Why would you charge me for a plan i DID NOT subscribe to?? Doesn't that constitute stealing? I already emailed your support staff at [email protected] and waiting for a response so please DON'T ask me to shed any more light on this situation. It's really simple - You charged me $49.90 for something i did not subscribed to and now i am requesting my refund.

Avoid DSers and their suppliers on Tmall at all costs! Mislabeled products, zero accountability, and endless excuses. I had to pay out of pocket to fix their mistakes while my orders remain on hold. They don’t care about their customers—don’t let them ruin your business too!

Ordered samples. Horrible shipping and communication. Products NOT as described. Will delete the app after finishing this review. One star is generous!
