Hazel responded in minutes and answered all my questions! Customer Support was very good also everything is very intuitive.

I believe it provides almost all the necessary features at a reasonable price compared to other apps. What impresses me the most is the prompt and accurate customer service that resolves issues whenever they arise. Jean is the best customer support I’ve ever experienced.

So so so good! Hazel is really hands on in helping you out with everything you need to know about the app. It has all of the features I am looking for!

Most of the features are easy to use and the customer support is excellent (shout-out to Mia). It integrated very well onto our website. The only frustration so far is the high paywall locking out certain features such as VIP tiers.

So far the online support has been very helpful as I navigate through the trial week. This gives me confidence that I will be able to sort out any issues that arise.

You can't fault the customer service and assistance. They are always so helpful when you have a problem. Hazel was great today in helping me work through a few issues and was resolved very quickly.

Just installed Bon Loyalty and faced a small teething issue which is my lack of setting up. Hazel quickly send me two simple instructions to get it going. Amazing knowledge and the ability to understand my needs impressed me so much that I couldn't help it but leave this lengthy review . Is good that Bon Loyalty uses "real" people instead of chatbot . Thanks Hazel once again. Hopefully won't need you anymore in a few days time when the website goes live .

Great app for loyalty program. We initially tried another highly rated app, but it kept crashing and customer service was very much lacking. We then installed BON, and it's been great. Very easy to set up, and the customer support is amazing. Both Mia and Hazel were extremely quick to respond with helpful information. Highly recommend!

This is the most AMAZING loyalty app I found after 2 days of research. It is perfect for small businesses with a limited budget. You can access most functions on the free trial and more advanced features at an incredibly low price. I have to mention how Hazel helped with everything. I can tell that it is a very warm and friendly team. She helped me set up everything and made sure everything worked. Definitely 12/10!
