I am extremely impressed with the performance of this plugin. The customer service provided by Lydia and Maison is exceptional. They have been able to resolve nearly all of my inquiries. I am truly satisfied with this product.

Wonderful customer support, Audrey helped me with the entire set up process start to end, and loved how it was automated. It would help to get a summary of how she went about it so that if I have a need to future add-on but getting a transcript of the chat and the automated processes that was requested help on in shopify setups. The only reason we are still using this app is because it is cheaper than the other review apps. The customer service is horrible. None of the customer service reps provides any value. They all lack knowledge. I asked Tracey if there was a way to change the "from" email address on the review emails. Her exact words were "Unfortunately, the email sender should be [email protected], and it's impossible to change". Well, I didn't believe her. I did my research and easily found that it is very possible to add my company's email address as the "from" email address. This is not the first time this support team has given me incorrect info. Avada has a bunch of incompetent freelancers working as customer service reps. They are not skilled for the job!

Hana has kindly set up the review page for me. She is very knowledgeable, knows how to deal quickly with the issue I had on my shop page review. Thanks to Hana’s expertise on the matter.

I used all of best rated review apps but they only offer limited features ...But this air reviews app was amazing it offer many features than i expected and their customer support was fast and i get better experience with and thankyou Air reviews team for your all support and features
