This app is a game changer for new store owners. I use it to import reviews from different platforms to build customer trust, and it works perfectly. The app is also very lightweight, so it doesn’t affect store performance. There are several beautiful customization options, and whenever I face any issue, I reach out to Iris she is extremely helpful and always solves my problems quickly. The app claims to be multilingual, but actually isn't: 1. You cannot have multilingual manually translated reviews (this is important, as AI translators make mistakes) 2. You cannot have manually translated multilingual interfaces for different markets. It HAS to be auto-translated. Which isn't professional Also their file import requires both - product handle and product ID to be present. Avada support is nice and friendly as always, but this particular product is useless for me.
