We chose Junip for the launch of a new brand, and it's been going great! Marcus and Malvina are very friendly and helpful.

Well maybe I do not know what I am doing but I hardly ever get a review. Maybe because I am using the free version. I will try to figure this out before I bail for another app. I can't find any statistical information. Maybe they do not offer that. I guess the app is probably good because they have a good rating but it hasn't done anything for me.

Malvina was amazing! She hopped in to help long before I had time to get frustrated with a help bot. She asked very good questions (didn't make me repeat everything I'd already gone through with the bot) and quickly determined what I was doing wrong - yes, it was all me! ;0) She straightened me out in short order. Excellent tech help, and the app is great!! Highly recommend! I had a hiccup a few days later, but Leah jumped in before I could become frustrated with the help bot. She correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Thank y'all!

Great app with tons of cool functionality, and great service. Malvina helped us get onboarded onto Junip within a couple of days!

Very good options just a little difficult to integrate the reviews request with KLaviyo. I couldn;t find updated tutorials. But overall very happy

I've updated my review after speaking with customer service and finding a solution to my issue. In this day and age, personal attention is almost unheard of.

Its still too soon to leave a review but so far I do like how easy the set up was and how it was integrated seamlessly into the website.
