The free plan doesn't give you everything you may need, but its a good starting point to get UGC on your site

We migrated from Yotpo to Junip and wish we had made the change sooner. Migrating our reviews was super easy, set up in the app was intuitive and fast. We were up and running in a day. And the price savings compared to Yotpo makes this a no brainer for any business.

I had an issue with the app, but customer service was great! they helped me and followed up to amke sure everything was good.

It has been a bit confusing to get started. They want me to rate them and i havent even seen the app in action. I like the UI and it seems user friendly. I upgraded the app to get my SHOP APP reviews pulled in, but they arnt pulling in. so far this is what i think of the app.

It is doing pretty well so far. I would say a good feature to add would be a follow up email if they don't leave a review on the initial email. I have a product that typically doesn't get used right away. I would also say the template editor for the emails is pretty basic. It would be nice to have a function where they can contact us before leaving a review if they are having a problem.
