I appreciate that this app for the most part is pretty simple to use and understand. I'm not super tech savvy, and there are some features that take a little more time for me to understand, but that is on me to figure out. The app overall is pretty good.

Excellent app on par with if not better than higher-priced alternatives, the product is intuitive to use and robust enough to scale with. Their team is also stellar. Small, focused, and attentive, they made the migration process easy. AFTER GOING THROUGH ALL THE REVIEW APPS, JUDGE ME PAID PLANS, YOTPO, LOOX REVIEWS ETC I FINALLY FIND JUNIP AND IS THE BEST ONE I HAVE EVER USED.

It has been great using Junip for reviews. I was able to export prior reviews we had without issue, as well as get new reviews from customers. I had to use some CSS to change a background color to match our store but Leah was so incredibly helpful in doing that. They have excellent customer service and are a great product overall. I love the clean look, it totally matches our branding. And makes life easier for me! I'd definitely recommend them.

As a new store owner, my experience was that Junip had great customer service. The agent answered my questions and solved the problem in a matter of minutes.

Easy to use and much cheaper than some of the other review apps! Not to mention the customer service is great

I love this app it was so very easy to set up. I dont do well with things like this so im truly greatful for such an amazing app. I really am enjoying the junip app.

We recently moved over to Junip. As someone on a very small team and not really knowing what I was doing, the entire Junip team has helped from the very start ( Marcus )to a few months in ( Leah )they are there quickly to help you figure out, well the things you may stumble along the way sometimes! Highly recommend switching for great service as well as saving money!
