Ease of use is great, love that. Very simple, however, and you can't customize the emails to include links or offer non-product incentives (like free downloads) to users. There are ways to bypass this, such as going through Shopify Flow, but it's not intuitive or straightforward. I wish there were more features or customizations available, but these don't seem to be available, even on higher paid plans.

Junip is really user friendly and syncs to our shopify seamelessly. We've been happy with this app so far and our customers find it really easy to leave a review. We've run into a few technical issues and Leah has been so helpful and responds promptly and was able to fix our issue in a very timely manner.

Junip has been a great alternative to YotPo reviews! Malvina was so helpful during the setup and even gave great tips and recommendations along the way. Onboarding and implementation was super easy! I would definitely recommend this app to anyone that is looking for a good app for reviews. A very cool feature is the group reviews which allows you to add single product reviews to your bundles if you offer bundles and don’t have reviews for the bundles themselves.

I would recommend, but I do not like that a customer has a 2 step process to leave a review. I do not believe they should have to go back to their email to confirm that they want to leave a review - otherwise, the review will not display on your website. Problems exist like them not being notified by their email provider, not wanting to think about it after submitting, or simply not receiving the email fast enough (most likely due to strength of internet). It limits the amount of reviews that you could have. If it's to possibly weed out illegitimate reviews, I'm sure there's another fix for that.

I'm just beginning with this app and so I can't speak to all of the features and functionality just yet but the immediate support by chat is amazing. Leah of customer support was incredibly responsive and detailed.

We've been looking for a free robust review integration that was simple to use. After trying many others, Junip is by far the best for small businesses with limited budgets. We've already started to see more customer engagement since setting up so we are very pleased and hope to be able to become big enough to require a paid account.
