Leah was incredibly helpful in resolving the issues I was having with sending review emails to our customers. She quickly identified the problem and provided a solution. Not only did she answer all my questions, but she also explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Her patience made the whole process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, she followed up the next day to ensure everything was working perfectly.

I'm pretty new to using Junip, but so far the app has been easy to install, integrate and use in my store. It seems very easy for customers to leave a review and upload their pics as well because I was able to collect several reviews from my first day of installing the app. I'm giving 5 stars though mostly for their customer service. We were worried about the "write a review" button being public leaving it open for anyone to leave a review even if they were not an actual customer. After expressing my concern, they created the option to remove that feature within less than 24 hrs. Thank you very much Junip team for listening and taking feedback into consideration.

I reached out to customer services after hours and left them a message with a question. Stuart immediately responded at 10:00 at night and answered my questions and helped me right away. The next morning everything was set and I was ready to go. Great customer service. Will continue to use and recommend them.

La primera es que no hay opción de cambiar las plantillas preconfiguradas a otro idioma que no sea el inglés. Esto hace que mis clientes que son hispanoparlantes reciban solicitudes por ejemplo de reseñas de productos con textos en Inglés. En segundo lugar noto faltar integraciones con terceras aplicaciones como Avada SEO Suite en donde las integraciones con algunas otras aplicaciones de reseñas si que son posibles.
