you're paying for the response time, great product, excellent back end, well coded machine that does only good things for your store. Don't sleep on what reviews can do for you on Shopify OFF of shopify with integrations with google store and meta.

They are so helpful. We are new to reviews, and they have guided it step by step in best practices. Their customer support is top-notch. Any question will be answered with so much care!

I didn't realize customers have to verify their review by email which feels like an extra step not everyone will want to take (or know they have to do) but I do appreciate that the app has a mostly free option with very customizable interfaces!

I appreciate that this app for the most part is pretty simple to use and understand. I'm not super tech savvy, and there are some features that take a little more time for me to understand, but that is on me to figure out. The app overall is pretty good.

AFTER GOING THROUGH ALL THE REVIEW APPS, JUDGE ME PAID PLANS, YOTPO, LOOX REVIEWS ETC I FINALLY FIND JUNIP AND IS THE BEST ONE I HAVE EVER USED.

It has been great using Junip for reviews. I was able to export prior reviews we had without issue, as well as get new reviews from customers. I had to use some CSS to change a background color to match our store but Leah was so incredibly helpful in doing that. They have excellent customer service and are a great product overall. I love the clean look, it totally matches our branding. And makes life easier for me! I'd definitely recommend them.
