We have been with Junip for over a year. Super easy to set up and get rolling. It looks great and anytime I have had to contact support they are always quick and helpful.

I've never left a review for an app before but honestly, this one deserves it. We have used Junip for going on 4 years now and they have been nothing but great. It's easy to use, easy for our customers to use, and looks great on the website. Its 100% worth the money. It gets a little pricey when you start getting a lot of monthly orders but honestly, its worth it, our customers love it. If you are wondering if you should get this app to host your reviews, you should.

Genuinely one of the best review apps I've ever used and has everything I would need. Email flows, automated customer messages, displays on the site, and completely automated. Mix that with the incredible customer service from Leah and the team, an amazing app overall.

We've tried a few review apps and Junip blows them all away. Specifically we wanted a review app that worked with the look of our site and they deliver on this. Beyond that, their support is top tier, there is usually always a REAL HUMAN (like Stuart) to help you troubleshoot whatever is going on with any issues you may have. Additionaly they take your suggestions for improvement to heart. The back end is really easy to navigate and I love that there is a built in function to send customers a promo code post-review.

We selected Junip after considering many others (Yotpo, Okendo, Judge.me, and more) and are very happy with our decision. The platform is easy to use, easy to understand, and integrates well with all of the apps we need it to. On top of this, the level of support from the Junip team, even after launch, has exceeded our expectations and is so appreciated for a small team like ours.

Molto gentili nel provare ad aiutare, mi sembra che comunque il piano a pagamento aiuti di più (non che sia sbagliato)e si vedo ancora troppo basico l'utilizzo gratuito. Sto provando a seguire i loro consigli adesso, non facilissimo per una piccola attività gestita da una persona che deve curare tutti gli aspetti, ma comunque vedo che loro sono interessati a dare una mano e mi sembra giusto collaborare. Per ora lascio 4 stelle perchè vedo comunque dei limiti,ma potrei anche migliorarlo. Spero in futuro di poter usufruire del piano a pagamento con tutte le sue funzionalità, ma questo dipenderà soprattutto dal numero di feedback che riceverò :)

I just started using this app but I absolutely love the look of the app and how easy it is to use. The onboarding was efficient and thorough, I really couldn't have asked for anything better. The team have been responsive, quick to deal with requests and have recently changed their pricing plans to be a lot more competitive than the big boys. Along side the modern UI, and wide range of features like media incentives, Junip is a solid option for any store wanting a Reviews app and so far have had a great experience with them. They even sorted out a bug for older Android versions which even a certain big player hasn't sorted yet.
