I just started using this app but I absolutely love the look of the app and how easy it is to use. The onboarding was efficient and thorough, I really couldn't have asked for anything better. It costs a little more than some other apps but this is a reminder of you get what you pay for. I absolutely love how easy this app is.

The team have been responsive, quick to deal with requests and have recently changed their pricing plans to be a lot more competitive than the big boys. Along side the modern UI, and wide range of features like media incentives, Junip is a solid option for any store wanting a Reviews app and so far have had a great experience with them. They even sorted out a bug for older Android versions which even a certain big player hasn't sorted yet.

Junip is without a doubt the best and easiest (and best value) review platform there is. We've tried them all (Yotpo, Okendo, Shopify free, etc.) and Junip beats them on every from: onboarding/setup, the actual request flow, price, support, integration ease, customization. It's the only platform I ever recommend to founders/teams when they ask. So if you're considering the options, try Junip before everything else and you'll save a lot of time, headache, and money.

A few months we migrated over to Junip from our previous provider, and we have been very happy with not only the platform, but the customer service. Malvina has been a godsend from the beginning. A full-featured review app with very reasonable pricing. Have used their support a few times and found them extremely helpful. In particular we like and use: - Review syndication from our B2C site to our B2B site - Klaviyo email flows for review requests (including a review event in Klaviyo we can use) - Product groupings/families for aggregating reviews - Structured data on reviews like age and skin type for the reviewer - Easy CSS customization Overall, really solid and glad I made the switch about 2 years ago.
