EDIT: James got in touch and rectified the issue. It's working fine now. Great customer service Disappointing experience overall. It was working fine at first. I was okay with some shortcomings, like the reviews not auto-updating, as this app was cheap. Then it stopped working altogether. A week ago, all the widgets started incorrectly reflecting 0 product reviews.I got in touch with support a week ago, but they have not responded with anything proper. I now have a live website with traffic, with no product reviews. I'll have to uninstall this and find a proper alternative. Save yourself the trouble and look for something else.

I have been using Reputon Amazon Reviews for some time now and I really like it for my business. It's great to have the reviews on my website and telling honest opinions about the products I promote. I highly recommend this app.

its very easy to use however the price is too much for the new store. It does give you good reputation management system for the new store. There is only one thing missing which is like trust pilot like slim banner otherwise its good

Great app, easy to set up and use. And gives trust to my website as most of my reviews come from amazon sales

Great customer service! If you're an "Amazon Book Author" and not an "Amazon Seller" here's what I've learned about this app... It's a very useful tool, however, I cannot do exactly what I want to do with it due to restrictions on Amazon's end. Since I am an Amazon Book Author and not an Amazon Seller I am not able to post all of my reviews as a group on my home page. I can only post reviews for each product on their individual product pages. The wonderful customer service team at Reputon took the time to explain why (and responded very quickly too): "Kindly note that we need a dedicated page from which we can pull reviews to display them on your homepage. For sellers, we retrieve reviews from their seller feedback page and import them into our app. However, for authors, Amazon does not provide a separate page listing all reviews in one place. Instead, all reviews are stored under individual product (book) pages, which is why we can only import them as product reviews." As an Amazon Book seller I know this all to be true so it made perfect sense once explained. Thanks James! :)

Installing the app and setting up Amazon Reviews was easy. Suddenly the app stopped working and had to reach out to support. James from Reputon was quick to offer help, identified we had an issue with the apps section on our store and fixed the issue by adding custom liquid to our store. Thank you!

I can't get it to work. Nothing shows up on my website when I click "add widget." I'm assuming it's because I do not have a seller ID because I am an Amazon book author/seller and we do not get seller ID's... and I'm guessing that since I can not plug in a seller ID it won't populate my book reviews. I tried plugging in my Amazon Author Page information and my Amazon Account ID but neither of those things worked either. Maybe I'm just doing something wrong, but I've been messing with it for hours now and I cannot figure it out. I'm giving up now.
