Installing the app and setting up Amazon Reviews was easy. Suddenly the app stopped working and had to reach out to support. James from Reputon was quick to offer help, identified we had an issue with the apps section on our store and fixed the issue by adding custom liquid to our store. Thank you!

I can't get it to work. Nothing shows up on my website when I click "add widget." I'm assuming it's because I do not have a seller ID because I am an Amazon book author/seller and we do not get seller ID's... and I'm guessing that since I can not plug in a seller ID it won't populate my book reviews. I tried plugging in my Amazon Author Page information and my Amazon Account ID but neither of those things worked either. Maybe I'm just doing something wrong, but I've been messing with it for hours now and I cannot figure it out. I'm giving up now.

Easy does it! Very straight forward app with responsive support for fine tuning design, full css support and off loaded so you don't have to worry about your theme updates. Bottom line is does what it is supposed to without hassle. Would recommend it.

works super smoothly and looks very nice. however, it would also be great to be able to upload you own gathered reviews and import them so it is all in the same style. however, this was not possible (yet). would be a great feature to have on the roadmap tho!

Finally got everything installed & it works!! Don't get discouraged, it was confusing. I kept getting different answers from support so I actually uninstalled because I couldn't figure it out. Some told me I needed the Sellers ID# with Amazon in order to import the amazon reviews - NO, you do not!! The Sellers ID# is if you want a store on Amazon. If you just want the amazon reviews to appear on your Shopify store for the amazon imported products then install the widget (follow the install instructions or contact Shopify partner), & import the products and import the link to reviews. Works great once you figure it out!!

Very good customer service. Helped us display the reviews the way we wanted. Unfortunately, the automatic update at ASIN level does not work (yet). Otherwise really good, I can only recommend.

Very helpful app to bring positive reviews if you already have a history on amazon. Definitely recommend using. My only complaint is that it does slow down the website, adds maybe 1-2 seconds of load time. Probably not noticeably by a human, but when running speed tests it does drop the the score below the optimal recommended load time. It's a trade-off I can accept in order to build consumer confidence in my brand.
