Great customer service from Felicity! I'm already on my way to getting the app integrated and showing customer reviews from other platforms on our store page.

Set up was easy, quick and simple. Had a little trouble setting up request emails to send to old orders but with the help of Iris from the support chat, my store is up and running at full speed. Thanks again for the help and I would definitely recommend this app for anyone needing/wanting to have a review app on their site.

I'm making the move from JudgeMe as this app offers better value and pretty much the same features. Also, their help chat is always online and SUPER helpful. Julia, Alyssa, Alice have spend a lot of time with me answering my questions so I can't testify their support is top notch! I have yet to actually try collecting customer reviews by email, so will report back once I have more experience, but so far the app interface and features are really great!
