I've had this app for only a few hours and it only took that for me to wish I had found it sooner! If the incredible features, ease of use and variety of options for customizations were not enough, the support staff sealed the deal! Felicity & Avery are hands down two of the kindest, patient and helpful people I have experienced working with through an app support chat. I am so thankful to them both for going above and beyond to help me through a few hiccups transferring my reviews from the previous host. A very useful and well developed app with lots of tools and versatility. Customer service support is excellent and has had quick responses and strong communication throughout all of my enquiries.

Do not download this APP, you'll loose time overtime by doing the work again and again. I downloaded this APP about more than a year ago and at the beginning, a lot of features were FREE. One day to another (without letting us know), they started their paid plans which covered a lot of cool features and erased all the customization that was setup in the APP. - Before their update, we were able to customize the email sent to the customers, they updated and they replaced it with their generic texts without saying anything. Means one day to another my customers received a generic text. I had less reviews because of that. - Can't reply to the customers reviews (was FREE before), one day to another I couldn't reply anymore to my customers reviews. - Translations are not FREE as well It was a good APP at the beginning and they decided to update everything without letting their customers know about this, and this made me loose time. I went to another APP which has all the features for FREE. They have a good customer support though.

I would recommend this app based on my experience. I am a new store owner and budget is tight. I am using the free feature for now and the customer service is excellent. I am encouraged to upgrade to the paid features as soon as business picks up. Jasmine has been very helpful and patient with me.
