I was new to the App and needed some help getting set up. Avery helped me out and it was awesome. It was quick, easy, and friendly. Directed me to where I need to be, answered my questions, and even did some of the work for me. It was great. Its early, but so far this has been a 5 star experience!

Kudos to the customer service team! They responded promptly to the issue I encountered with comment import review, not only resolving the problem of the progress not displaying in a timely manner but also proactively guiding me through follow-up steps. The experience exceeded expectations!

Air Reviews integrates smoothly with Shopify and the import flow is straightforward once set up correctly. Olivia from the support team was responsive and clear throughout the process, which made a real difference.

unbeliveabe Support specially Hana was very much supportive work her Quality exceeded my expectations.

1) Kept saying I had to 'enable' the app which I had to do multiple times before it finally worked. 2) There is no way to see how the review will look on the page (no ability to add a test review for this purpose, only import or genuine customer reviews). 3) Interface extremely unintuitive all together

We had a small issue with placing the correct review box. Hanna helped us immediately after texting and found a solution. 5 star rating for this

I've tried many apps for product reviews and ultimately sticked with this one! It has everything I need for free, and when contacting support I had all the answers I needed - thank you Olivia! Highly recommend

The app is very easy to use! They have a support chat and I was able to talk to Olivia. The app is very straight forward and when I had questions, Olivia helped by making the app more simpler to understand! 10/10 customer service.

I had a co-existence conflict issue with the reviews on my site. Air Product rectified the issues and all reviews are now visible and co-exit without issues. I really appreciate.

This is great it is still developing but i increasing their widgets translations and their review importer is growing to more sites these guys are great and their customer service is very helpful and have reasonable messaging times
