Nous n'aimons pas laisser un mauvais avis, mais cette app nous a causé trop de problèmes. Nous avons passé plusieurs mois à contacter le support à cause de tous les bugs, les problèmes et les blocages. Cette application n'est pas fiable et ils ne testent pas leurs fonctionnalités avant de les lancer. Résultat, ça a créé énormément de problèmes sur notre site. Si vous voulez de la stabilité et de la fiabilité, fuyez !

Do not download this APP, you'll loose time overtime by doing the work again and again. I downloaded this APP about more than a year ago and at the beginning, a lot of features were FREE. One day to another (without letting us know), they started their paid plans which covered a lot of cool features and erased all the customization that was setup in the APP. - Before their update, we were able to customize the email sent to the customers, they updated and they replaced it with their generic texts without saying anything. Means one day to another my customers received a generic text. I had less reviews because of that. - Can't reply to the customers reviews (was FREE before), one day to another I couldn't reply anymore to my customers reviews. - Translations are not FREE as well It was a good APP at the beginning and they decided to update everything without letting their customers know about this, and this made me loose time. I went to another APP which has all the features for FREE. They have a good customer support though.

They completely deleted the changes I did to the "ask for a review" email without any warning on their part, they reset all the content to their default content and subject. I found that out when I wanted to make a small new change to that template. When I asked about this they literally blamed me, saying "Not sure you saved when you edited" LOOL what the hell is this customer support? I know I saved it because I tested it and a lot of customers already received that new version.... Horrible that you change things randomly, and horrible Customer Support blaming the client

The only reason we are still using this app is because it is cheaper than the other review apps. The customer service is horrible. None of the customer service reps provides any value. They all lack knowledge. I asked Tracey if there was a way to change the "from" email address on the review emails. Her exact words were "Unfortunately, the email sender should be [email protected], and it's impossible to change". Well, I didn't believe her. I did my research and easily found that it is very possible to add my company's email address as the "from" email address. This is not the first time this support team has given me incorrect info. Avada has a bunch of incompetent freelancers working as customer service reps. They are not skilled for the job!

Junk software, arbitrary deduction of money

I had a major issue with the Air Product Reviews app and contacted support for help. Initially, they told me to wait and assured me the problem would be handled. However, after two days, they simply wrote back saying they couldn't do anything about it. The whole system is awful and the support is unhelpful. I'm very disappointed and will be deleting this app. I do not recommend it to anyone.
