Ich habe die App runtergeladen, aber nicht ganz verstanden, wie ich die Produktbewertungsfunktionen in meinem Onlineshop einfügen und aktivieren kann. Somit habe ich mich kurzerhand an den Kundensupport im Chat gewandt und dort hat mir die liebe Abby verständlich und einfach weitergeholfen, sodass mein Problem in nur wenigen Minuten gelöst wurde und ich die Produktbewertung nach meinen Vorstellungen nun endlich in meinem Onlineshop nutzen kann. Very happy with the support of Air Products Reviews, (specifically with the operator Damián). It was frustrating because I followed all the steps to integrate the reviews into my store and they did not appear. I gave him permission and in a matter of minutes he managed to solve everything for me, thank you very much, very happy! 10/10

Great app, works very well, customer service is responsive and helpful. Both Alyssa and Kevin have been great help.

Instant support. but they changed it so you can only import 250 reviews at a time with csv before having to pay right after I imported 1500 reviews.

Would be nice if it was more customizable however the customer support team is great and can help you with that. Hana helped me out changing some things that I wouldn't have been able to do otherwise.
