A very useful and well developed app with lots of tools and versatility. Customer service support is excellent and has had quick responses and strong communication throughout all of my enquiries.

Do not download this APP, you'll loose time overtime by doing the work again and again. I downloaded this APP about more than a year ago and at the beginning, a lot of features were FREE. One day to another (without letting us know), they started their paid plans which covered a lot of cool features and erased all the customization that was setup in the APP. - Before their update, we were able to customize the email sent to the customers, they updated and they replaced it with their generic texts without saying anything. Means one day to another my customers received a generic text. I had less reviews because of that. - Can't reply to the customers reviews (was FREE before), one day to another I couldn't reply anymore to my customers reviews. - Translations are not FREE as well It was a good APP at the beginning and they decided to update everything without letting their customers know about this, and this made me loose time. I went to another APP which has all the features for FREE. They have a good customer support though.
