I was looking for an easy to use product reviews app for my store and this is the best one I have found! The UI is so simple and easy to navigate, everything is super easy to set up and there is no code at all needed. Also the customer care agents are quite helpful and quick to respond. Would recommend this app if you are looking for a reviews app

This app is really great. It has a full range of features and can be used in many different ways to complement various marketing strategies. In particular, the customer service representative (Felicity) was very patient, explaining how to use the app and helping me a lot. I really like her.

This is a really good app. It's very easy to use. You can import reviews and invite customer reviews, and the reviews can display pictures, which is very helpful for sales. The customer service staff was very quick to answer any questions I had, especially "Hana," who handled the issue professionally and with a great attitude.

Fast Responsive Customer Service, aesthetically more pleasing than other Free options, Might Glitch from time to time but Support should be able to fix it.

Cette application n'est pas fiable et ils ne testent pas leurs fonctionnalités avant de les lancer. Résultat, ça a créé énormément de problèmes sur notre site.
