I was having issues trying to get reviews for products sourced from CJDropshipping and received a pop-up about this app. So I installed the app and I guess I expected something magical to happen. LOL!!! After reading and staring into space the chat bot interrupted my thoughts and Charles asked "How can I help you" and the rest is history. He patiently walked me through steps with screenshots on how to navigate through the app, it was amazing. He patiently waited until I responded done to move to the next step.
