Tiene un catalogo amplio pero es complicado buscar el producto el buscador no esta muy optimizado, deberian agregar la busqueda por fotos para estar reduciendo el uso de atencion al cliente

I installed the app on my store and then uninstalled it. I am still charged. why is that? it was free trial and as soon as i realized I dont need the app I uninstalled it from my shopify store. But I got the bill. Please stop charging me for no reason

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product! The shipping was incredibly fast, and the item arrived in perfect condition. The customer service team was also very helpful in answering my questions. I would recommend Zendrop to others.

If you want to lose money, go ahead and work with this company. They claim a max processing time of 5 days, but that’s a joke. After waiting 5 days for a product I was selling, I reached out to customer support and found out the product was still in production. This meant I had to cancel orders and take a loss. On top of that, they won’t refund your ad costs even though the delays are their fault. And guess what? This didn’t just happen once it happened twice. The second time, I checked in with customer support after 3 days to make sure everything was on track. They told me it was all good, but two days later, I found out the supplier was still in production. To make things worse, their product prices are about double what you’d find on other platforms. And to top it all off, you’re paying $79 just to cancel your orders. Ridiculous.

It’s been more than two weeks now, and he’s still asking me to wait. To make matters worse, they deactivated my account without fulfilling my orders or issuing a refund. This has caused me to lose both customer trust and money. I feel like I’ve been scammed by Zendrop.
