Zendrop has been a total game-changer for my dropshipping business! Their platform is so easy to use, and the customer support is honestly amazing—they’re always there when I need help. Finding great products takes no time at all, and the automated fulfillment makes everything so much smoother. My orders are shipped out fast, which keeps my customers happy (and coming back!). What I love most is how simple it is to connect with my store. It’s saved me so much time and stress—seriously, I couldn’t imagine running my business without Zendrop!

Easy to use however; This isnt a free supplier website, it is based of the amount of products listed onto your store. Meaning depending on the amount of products you list, you will be charged starting at 1 product listed on your store. This isnt good for starting dropshippers, as you will be charged after a month for the products listed without you knowing.

I going to write very honest review no BS and will keep it very simple. pros. They have some good quality products but you have to do your own research to find one with proper good reviews. you'll be wasting lot of time though customer service is great very helpful people mostly try to help. Cons Horrible shipping selection, very bad packaging. even the product is great their package make things worse. again even if you find a good quality product shipping and delivery will ultimately ruin customer experience. Suggestions. Get rid of fake AI generated descriptions and fake pictures of the product. add a review section for sellers so they can review the product they are selling. Improve the selection of shipping provider set some quality control which you guys always say in place but seems like not working without all of this any business is going to fail. Final note for who are reading my review- guys dont rely entirely on any drop shipping, you can use them to fill some gaps in your product line and find some good source other than that big NO.

I’m new to dropshipping and Zendrop is the only supplier I’m currently using for my shop. Jo from customer service was very helpful in resolving my queries regarding the first orders I received. She also sent through relevant reading material that will help me in the future, if I have similar order processing issues. Jo responded within 15 minutes after submitting my questions in the Zendrop chat app, as the bot could not resolve. Not sure if Zendrop customer service always respond that fast but good to know that it's possible to resolve any issues quickly.

I would recommend Zendrop to anyone doing dropshipping, based on customer service, thus far. I felt compelled to say they have a very helpful customer service team, and I want to specifically highlight, Khubaib Khan. He demonstrated extreme patience and care with me, a very technologically deficient individual. He spent the time and walked me through every step of the way in setting up and linking Zendrop to my AI-generated Shopify store. He spent hours doing so with me, understood that I was at the beginning of the learning curve, and did not get impatient with me at all. Believe me, I got his undivided attention during the process. God bless him and his family! I have not yet actually started adding any products from Zendrop to my Shopify store, but once I have started fully utilizing the service, I will be sure to return with another review!

Great customer Service. I somehow opened two accounts, one was a plus account and the other was basic. i was doing everything on the basic account, that could be why things weren't working right lol. Low support . worthless. its mess my store and they even dont have knowladge of shopify. just working for shift, this service is not good dont use it

Their support is of top tier. Even though in the beginning it might be a bit expensive to get their full plan, it is worth it. Also, they might charge a bit higher for the products but they will take good care of shipping any parcel on time and in good condition.
