Khubaib from zendrop had very good customer service, and he provided genuine help with my problem, instead of ignoring it/not really caring. about the issue. I really appreciated his help, and he explained in very understandable ways.

New to dropshipping. Here is my email to Zendrop: "I'm struggling to get my website up and running. In other words, I haven't started online shopping yet. Hope to be back soon. Is there anything you or I can do to avoid the above expenses, until my online store is ready?" And here is Zendrop's response: "I completely understand that getting a website up and running can be a challenge, but take your time—it's all part of the journey! I've reviewed the account and billing information and it appears that you are currently subscribed to the Zendrop pro plan. Would you be okay if I add 2 months for FREE to your account? That's 3 full months of a paid subscription for the cost of one. Once the free months come to an end, you can choose to continue with the paid service or downgrade/cancel." I call this very good insight and top-notch service, many thanks to Zendrop.

Harvey from customer support has been very helpful today in helping to solve an issue that has been frustrating me for weeks now. I was running around in circles before with other suggestions and agents but Harvey came to the rescue. Besides that, so far Zendrop has been user friendly.

billing for services after a free trial then refusing a refund. i never gave them cc details. very scammy business model taking advantage of free trials without disclosing the ongoing billing

Zendrop has some great aspects and some really frustrating issues. Frustrating issues: - Their website is pretty buggy - I constantly get Error 404 Bad Gateway pages (Using Chrome / incognito / Explorer) and if I want to try and edit a linked product, there is a popup that flashes with the edit and delete options, but it literally flashes and I can never make a selection. - Building a bundle is possible which I originally LOVED, but once built you cannot edit it, and if a variant becomes unavailable, you have to redo the whole bundle, including linking it again. - They say there is 24/7 customer support, but its an AI chatbot and has pre-loaded options ONLY. No ability to request an actual agent for anything outside of those pre-loaded options. - Variants that need to be edited in the order show the option for the action but always have an error on selection, and it asks you to contact support. which is the AI chatbot with pre-loaded selections...none of them being raising a support ticket. - When you try to select a ticket to raise a new support ticket...you have no option to do so, its all very one sided. - Email support takes several days for a response if you get one. Good aspects - I love the auto fulfillment when it works - pretty good product selection - easy to use interface most of the time - easy to sync products and pretty instantaneous - Easy to find product prices and SKU's etc - Order issues are clear, not enough funds to pay / items out of stock etc. Just not easy to rectify them If the issues could be rectified I would sing their praises but at the moment Im looking elsewhere because its so hindering for me.

Charging customers just to upload products onto their website whilst also making money on fulfillment. How greedy can you get? not to mention the lack of details and images provided.

I've been using Zendrop for about four months. Customer service did a good job helping me though the process of adding products to my store. Now adding products to my store is a piece of cake. The problem I have is simple every day products you would want e-bike accessories, camping gear, (which I did find but not under camping), pickle ball products are no where to be found. I was going to switch to a different dropshipper but the reviews of all of them are so nightmarish , it just as well to stay. With the Chinese New Year upon us and shipping stopped out of the warehouse until February 12th, that is a store killer in the making. Perhaps Zendrop needs a way to fulfill more in the US to make situations like this less likely to happen.

Over 1 million products, with a lot of them being incredibly cheap products. My two constructive critiques are that there aren't as many United States Fulfillment suppliers offering that very quick shipping at low prices in the niches that I am selling in, and the second is the search engine due to the suppliers tagging the items with keywords that may be somewhat unrelated at times in favor of more visibility. Overall, they are the best dropshipping platform in my opinion for sure. In terms of all the other fulfillment centers, their prices are extremely low. In addition to this, they also offer great discounts on annual plans at times throughout the year. They have 24/7 support, Their plans are usage based plans for all of their plans except their highest tier because of the fact that it does go higher than that. Their highest tier allows you to import an unlimited amount of products to your store. They also allow you to import other items from other platforms into Zendrop and their shipping times are still fast because they work with the companies that you want product from outside of their platform to maintain their faster shipping times. If you are a clothing brand, one of the coolest parts of their platform is the fact that their platform also has real life model photos of their products too and isn't just the product itself.

Used to be a really good app, but not anymore. Since recently, they won't refund you anymore for products that customers want to return. This means it will cost you money anytime a customer wants a refund, making dropshipping with Zendrop not profitable anymore.
