Zendrop's customer service is very responsive, attentive and efficient. They respond quickly to requests and provide concrete solutions, which really makes store management easier.

I was having some issues setting up my store and linking it to Zendrop but the staff was very helpful. Jacob was soo helpful with reporting a bug that occured when I was adding products in zendrop to my store. Kristia was extremely helpful with helping me sort out my delivery and shipping settings along with helping me purchase a sample from my store. I installed this app and did not use it. In their description, they say that they will charge you for usage but they went on to take money from my account. It seems like they use the word usage to blind people to subscribe to their services so that you think that you will only be charged when you have sold sold their products. I want my money back! How can i pay 60 dollars for nothing?

As someone new to dropshipping, this app has been a game-changer. It’s easy to use, beginner-friendly, and makes getting started simple. The customer support is also excellent—quick, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend for anyone starting out!

Extremely small product selection, insane shipping times and shipping costs and they're constantly trying to upsell other services (discover winning ads with this, become a master trader with that etc.). They don't offer any chat/help, all in all it looks like they're here not "for the money" per se, but to trick you out of your money. In any case, that's what I got from them. I don't mean to imply they're doing anything shady, they're just not as up-front as they should be.

Easiest Dropshipping system out there. Sign up, find products, get orders, fulfill them. They make it as easy as possible. Customer Service is top notch too.

I've found this company almost impossible to work with effectively. If there are too many variations I can't import them into Shopify, and the alternative is so time consuming. You would think Zendrop could create a simple download CSV file for easy manipulation and management of imports. I've run into a ton of technical glitches where things don't work like they are supposed to. I added products that were supposedly fulfilled by Zendrop to my shop, but when it's time to fulfill the orders I'm told I have to link the product, but the link product button doesn't work. I've tried several ways to get help, but it's all AI bots now and all I get are instructions given in the chatbot but there is no way to talk to a live person. Also, the instructions I was given with the "self help" article didn't work. But again, no way to actually talk to someone. The only way I can talk to a real person and that is if there is really a person on the other end is through email, so even though I have orders I need fulfilled there is no way to fulfill them and there is no one I can talk to about fulfilling them. If Zendrop is a real company, they need to keep real people available to answer questions when we need them answered. I had such high hopes, but with so many issues, and no support, I'll have to find another dropshipper who actually feels the need to take care of their customers when help is needed.

Terrible service Terrible platform with constant delays, awful support, and very limited growth potential. I don’t recommend it. My package went missing and they said they can only issue a refund after 60 days… unbelievable.
