I have been very happy with the costumer support at Apliiq - real people with quick and real solutions - unfortunately, unlike Shopify who was not able to help us quickly with any of our issues. Apliiq has great customer service. I had questions related to the TikTok Shop and their shipping/fulfillment process and they were able to walk me through the process. They are very patient and do their best to answer any questions you might have. They have also fixed my concerns with adjusting the size of print areas. All around a great help.
