I started the initiative to offer merchandise for our students at work and created a spreadsheet comparing the best POD companies, and Apliiq appeared to have the best customer service and production options, so we decided to go with them. Though the site doesn't have the most intuitive design system, I would say their accessibility is by far the best! When I went to customer service for an issue with Shopify, Peter offered to video chat with me so he could share his screen and show me what needed to done which is so above and beyond. When one of my samples was poor quality, Kim immediately understood the situation, offered a ton of suggestions for better products, and offered a refund. these guys are awesome, ever since i started using them they have been there every step of the way, there artwork approval, customer service, ease of use, and quality control has been great. definitely the best drop shipping company i have used before.
