Though the site doesn't have the most intuitive design system, I would say their accessibility is by far the best! When I went to customer service for an issue with Shopify, Peter offered to video chat with me so he could share his screen and show me what needed to done which is so above and beyond. When one of my samples was poor quality, Kim immediately understood the situation, offered a ton of suggestions for better products, and offered a refund. We’ve tried a bunch of print-on-demand places and honestly most of them don’t hit the mark. Apliiq is on a whole other level though. Their stuff looks way nicer than the usual basic tees.
