This app was super easy to add to my Shopify store and offers some flexibility with applying shipping cost that I had not yet encountered. Their FAQ to help with making a decision on which method was right for my store was very helpful and complete. I admit that I still needed some assistance, but it's just because I am newer to tools like this. A representative was super easy to reach as well as quick to respond and they talked me through what I was struggling with. I know that if I had more experience, I would not have needed extra assistance because the guidance was in their help articles. I work with several suppliers right now and Apliiq is my favorite. Great integration and tool with zero problems since installing and setting up.

Quite possibly the slowest company at responding to "on-demand" print. We're looking for alternative printers now -- we've been with them since 2020.. and it's gotten worse since they opened up more locations. Some clients have received literally dirty clothing from their warehouses. It's too unpredictable and white literally a waste of smalll business owners' times.

I love the shirts and am proud to offer them in my store. I recently needed help, and Kim was fantastic, going above and beyond!

Amazing customer service. I have not experienced another POD platform that provides as great service! I was recently helped by David and he was so helpful. On a weekend he was able to help me update a design on a high priority production order. Kim, another customer service rep, has also been extremely helpful in the past. I cannot recommend the Apliiq Customer Service enough, they are always there to help! Shirts are amazing quality as well!

Customer service has been amazing while setting up my online store. I specifically appreciate their attention to detail with artwork specs & placement. Any time I've had a question or request they've responded via chat with answers as well as in depth email responses. Looking forward to getting my samples soon!

Customer service was GREAT. It was nice to speak with someone who wasn't a.) a bot, and b.) had a fun personality (Thanks, Kim!). The quality of the clothing is great, the ease of use with Shopify is great, and when I have had a concern, it's been addressed immediately and thoroughly. Apliiq has been a great asset for us.

Best experience I've had with a printing company. I wanted to make sure my prints would turn out, so I booked call video with them (so rare for companies to offer this level of care)and had the most reassuring and thorough call with an employee/artist at Apliiq. The totes turned out SOO well, my designs are really detailed and every stroke was captured in their prints. The bag was also amazing quality itself!! 10/10 recommend.

This is the GO TO if you're new to drop shipping and want to have high-quality, great textured, and well-cut options for your merch. I was having a weird coding issue on Shopify's end and Pete and Atiya took the time (literally hours) to go through every single scenario that it could have possibly been. They stayed so cool and professional and in the end, they figured it out. I was so impressed by that. If you have an issue you won't be chatting to a random AI bot - you'll be on a video call with their team figuring it out. What I love about Apiiq specifically is the quality of the options. Nobody wants some stiff ill-fitting printed t-shirt. Their items are high quality, soft and unique. The print jobs on everything I've test ordered is fantastic. 10/10 recommend, esp if you're new to this and might need some help like me.

I have had the best experience with David. He was so helpful and patient with all my needs in order to get the best results possible for printing. When he called me to go over the specs for printing I was assured that Apliiq cared enough to get the best results for my product. I’m not too savvy with knowing what’s best for my product printing. So that made David pretty much heaven sent.

Apliiq's customer service team is the best! I was having issues with ordering the 35 items in my cart, and they created a PO, followed up with a credit card request, and shipped the items to me quickly knowing I had an event where I needed them. Above and beyond! Also, their designers have been very helpful as I take my more complicated designs to a simpler woven format. I cannot say enough good things. Thank you, team!

I can't say enough good things about Apliiq! Everyone raves about the quality of the fabrics and the vivid, high quality prints. I feel lucky to have started by business with them! The shipping takes about 7-10 business days and has been exactly that with every delivery. I wish they had all over print capability. But everything they do is amazing! I highly recommend them!

I am updating my bad review, i placed just the other day. I was frusterated on the time frame of delivery. But then I realized, that it was only 8 days from the time of the order being placed. I do have a couple of small irritations, that can be settled by contacting the company. But by no means, nothing that warrents a bad review. Thanks

I would recommend Apliiq for Print on Demand (POD) due to the ease of creating your brand. However, there are some areas that need improvement. Creating variants can be a bit confusing, and the response time from customer care via chat is slow. On a positive note, David is always great to work with. If these issues were addressed, Apliiq would definitely deserve a 5-star rating.
