Bon Loyalty has been the exact type of program we wanted. The support team is excellent and we have been able to customise it to fit our brand.

The whole BON team is great! Hazel was amazing, very helpful and gave really clear answers on my requests, very sweet. So far the customer service has been great. Will continue to Use BON and hope it will grow my store further.

Changing my review, I think the app is ok and customer service is good. However, there are little things that the apps lack and it has the wrong format, instead of trying to improve it, they want to charge it. I already paid one thing for a change that was obvious they should have, when i asked to give the option to send emails to the clients on certain points earnings instead of sending an email for everything (this is so spammy), they wanted to charge me again Probably will look for a better app in the future.

I found this app but it needed a few tweaks for my use - the team were very quick to respond, they were able to help and were very good at following up with me as well. It looks good - now to see how my customers like it! Thank you. So far I would recommend!

Hazel was amazing to work with and she is super patient. I really appreciate all the help she gave me. It would have taken so much longer to figure it all out myself. I'm writing the review here for Cara, who took care of me. She is someone who protects the rights of the customer and increases my loyalty to this program. As long as BON is solution-oriented like this, I will stay with them for many more years.

Their support team is amazing. I found this app because it has most of our needs for our next loyalty program but what made me amazed by was they're very open minded team. I asked a bunch of questions if they can customize some UIs for our website and they tried the best to achieve what I asked for. This app features + support team efforts makes this app 10/10!!
