We found the widget functionality obnoxious for users. It will reopen on every page view if users don't accept or decline cookies and in order to fix this feature you need to pay for their enterprise plan. This crucial of a feature would be relatively easy to add but is intentionally being put behind a paywall and is the epitome of everything wrong with modern tech companies. Other apps have this feature baked into the program and are a fraction of the cost. Customer support was kind and helpful, Judy was great. Just a major bummer that the app and pricing are set up this way.

This is a very seamless and easy to use app. We had one small problem pop up and Tiana had it resolved in under 5 minutes, which is awesome. Great support staff and fantastic app overall.
