We have used this app on our store for a good few years. It had previously integrated with our online store and shopify pos in our physical stores brilliantly. Unfortunately recently there has been an update and money off vouchers cannot be used on transactions where other offers or bundle discounts have been applied. This is a huge issue for us as we run so many promotions to drive sales. So please **BEWARE** if you want to use this on shopify pos to offer money off via loyalty points and also run other discounts and promotions in store it will not integrate properly. I have been speaking with 'Erin' in support about this to be kept being told 'we are looking into it' which is less than helpfull to be honest!

Had a minor issue, Support replied within *minutes* and addressed my issue perfectly (I wasn't waiting long enough to see changes on the live site). Aside from that, the app has worked flawlessly since I installed it about 8 months ago.

We are yet to go live with this on our website, but we are so excited to push go soon! The SMILE team have been the most wonderful crew of people to work with! They have been SO helpful and literally walked us through step by step with our initial set up! We couldn't have done it without their guidance.
