Pop Convert is exactly what I needed for my Shopify store. The app is simple to use, the popup designs look professional, and I set up a 10% discount welcome popup in minutes. My email sign-ups and first-time orders have already improved. Definitely a 5-star app – highly recommended.

Good features, some limitations that other apps have too because of Shopify, and great+fast service. Let's hope the fee structure and pricing remain the same in the long run.

I’ve tested my website speed multiple times on https://pagespeed.web.dev/ , both with and without the app installed. I sent all the screenshots to support, and they told me they would look into it — but to this day, I still haven’t received any update on the issue. I also asked whether they offer a quiz option in their pop-ups, and the answer was no. When other apps like Klaviyo provide these features, it’s hard to see a reason to continue using this one. It feels like the support team has become a bit lazy due to the large number of customers they have, and honestly, it seems like they just don’t care anymore.
