I had a misunderstanding, but the customer service team helped me a lot to understand and guided me throughout the process. I'm very satisfied with the app and the customer service team.

Bad support. My website got flagged as spam and none of the customer support cared to find a solution. Everyone of them kept saying "we're checking and we will update you" but even after literal days went by none ever reached out. At a point they told me they fixed my issue but they actually fixed nothing, and after telling them the issue was still there they told me they couldn't fix my issue..??? Time wasters

This app used to be amazing but to change it and start charging $29 + a month is outrageous. I will be deleting this app!! NOT WORTH THE RISING COST!

It was free when we installed and started using, but unexpectedly it became not free anymore. Does not look fair.

Easy to use and customise pop-up widgets. Particularly like the 'Display' settings. The 'Display Schedule' is great for planning ahead. Plus the 'Chat' team are super helpful too.

Wow! This app was exactly what I needed. Due to the tariffs, I wanted our US customers to know we are no longer taking US order. With this app, I can just show that pop up to US customers and international customers don't see the pop up. It is easy to use and worth it! Highly recommend!
